A Celebration of Harlan Hubbard: Book Talk

Daniel Gilliam's Piano Trio No. 2 "Payne Hollow" is a musical portrait of Harlan and Anna Hubbard's remarkable life along the Ohio River, inspired by their art, writings, daily rhythms, and shared love of music. The work grew alongside Driftwood: The Life of Harlan Hubbard, Jessica K. Whitehead's acclaimed biography. Join us at Frankfort's First United Methodist Church as Louisville composer Daniel Gilliam brings that world to life through violin, cello, and piano, performed by members of the NouLou Chamber Players. No registration. Sponsored by the Frankfort Arts Foundation, Liberty Hall, and PSPL.
