Teen Live: Fear Factor!

The library transforms for one afternoon into a Halloween experience designed just for teens! Let our special effects makeup artist transform you into something straight out of a horror movie, then test your courage with live giant hissing cockroaches, tarantulas, and other fascinating creatures from the University of Maryland Insect Zoo. If that's not enough, sample edible insects—if you dare.
