Clay Sculptor Darren Thomas Corona

Darren Thomas Corona is a local potter and sculptor who has been creating incredible works for over 30 years. Using his hands to bring 3-dimensional works to life, Darren is known for what he describes as his ‘Thrown Forms’, sculptures where he pushes the boundaries of functional and non-functional, and for his ‘Animal Forms’ where he harnesses the energy the animal gives to create a representation that evokes more than just the realistic representation of the animal.
