Hart Square Christmas in the Village
Walk the nation’s largest log cabin village by lantern light and step into the holiday traditions of Early America. Hart Square village is made up of more than 100 restored log buildings. Inside the cabins and around the site, more than 200 guides explain how people lived in the 1800s, and demonstrations include blacksmithing, candlemaking, stocking sewing and square dancing. More than 10,000 feet of lights line the way, and candlelight services take place in the historic Chapel of Peace. Food trucks are on site, with food sold pay-as-you-go, so you can eat while you explore.
