Mebane Nutcracker Stroll

Larger-than-life nutcrackers take over downtown Mebane for six weeks, each one sponsored by a local business and decorated in its own style. Explore the route on foot, search for hidden treasures on the scavenger hunt and enter the photo contest for a chance to win prizes. The route is bigger this year, with more nutcrackers than before. Downtown adds a tree lighting, a Christmas parade with the NC A&T marching band and a free “It’s Snowing in Mebane” photo spot.
