Meet and Treat at Norfolk Animal Care
Humans of all ages are encouraged to dress up and stop by the trick-or-treat table at the shelter front entrance on Halloween. In addition, we'll have dogs that are currently in foster homes stopping by to hang out. Come visit the play areas and meet some amazing dogs to be a part of your family!
