Zero Tolerance Policy: ffizzi has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual
Abuse
Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting children
and
maintaining a safe platform for all users.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
ffizzi is an event planning and invitation platform designed for general audiences to organize and coordinate
social gatherings. We take the safety and protection of children extremely seriously and maintain rigorous
policies and procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to any Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
content.
What is CSAM/CSAE?
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), also known as Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), includes:
- Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (anyone under 18 years old)
- Content that sexually exploits or abuses children
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Content that facilitates, encourages, or glorifies pedophilia or the sexual exploitation of children
- Links to external sites that contain CSAM
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on ffizzi:
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing any CSAM/CSAE content
- Creating events or content that sexualize or endanger minors
- Using the platform to solicit, groom, or exploit minors
- Sharing links or references to CSAM/CSAE materials
- Any conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of children
🚨 How to Report CSAM/CSAE
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates child safety, report it immediately through any of
the
following methods:
1. In-App Reporting (Recommended):
- Open the ffizzi app
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap Support
- Provide details about the concerning content or behavior
2. Email Reporting:
- Send a detailed report to: safety@zeropointo.com
- Include: Event ID/URL, description of violation, and any relevant screenshots (do NOT include actual
CSAM
images)
3. General Support Email:
Important: Do NOT download, forward, or share CSAM material in your report. Provide only
descriptive information and location (URL/Event ID) of the content.
Our Response to Reports
When we receive a report of CSAM/CSAE content or conduct, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Investigation: All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, with suspected CSAM
cases
prioritized for immediate review
- Content Removal: Confirmed CSAM/CSAE content is removed immediately
- Account Termination: Users who upload or share CSAM/CSAE content are permanently banned
from
the platform
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all CSAM incidents to the National Center for
Missing
& Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve all relevant evidence for law enforcement purposes
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We maintain a cooperative relationship with law enforcement agencies:
- All CSAM incidents are reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline
- We comply fully with legal requests for information related to CSAM investigations
- We preserve evidence and user data as required by law
- We provide testimony and technical assistance when requested
Reporting to NCMEC
In accordance with U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we report all known instances of CSAM to the
National
Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline at www.cybertipline.org.
User Responsibilities
All ffizzi users are expected to:
- Report any CSAM/CSAE content or suspicious behavior immediately
- Not engage in or facilitate any exploitation of minors
- Create age-appropriate events and content
- Protect the privacy and safety of minors attending events
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety
Parental Guidance
Parents and guardians should:
- Monitor their children's use of ffizzi and other online platforms
- Discuss online safety with minors
- Report any concerning interactions or content
- Verify the appropriateness of events before allowing minors to RSVP
International Users
Child safety laws vary by country. If you are located outside the United States, we will also comply with
applicable local laws regarding CSAM/CSAE reporting and cooperate with local law enforcement authorities.
