Journalism Day 2026

Journalism Day is an opportunity for students in the School of Communication and Journalism to hear working professionals discuss important topics relevant to the industry and make connections for future internships and job opportunities. The event starts with a keynote speaker at 9:00 am. We then have panels on various topics (TBD) at 10:00 am, 11:00am and 1:00pm moderated by journalism faculty. Student attend as many sessions as they want. Lunch is provided for invited guests and the Auburn University Journalism Advisory Council will hold their fall meeting at noon.
