Kinkan, the Thai-Japanese kaiseki counter, is opening at West Edge in West Los Angeles. The new setup will feature an intimate 15-seat chef's counter and an adjacent Kinkan Market selling sauces, home goods, and ready-to-eat chirashi bento boxes. The evening service will offer a Thai-inspired kaiseki-style tasting menu.
