A representative from Spectrum Community Services will be on site to accept applications and answer questions about the Low Income Home Energy (LIHEAP) assistance program. Applications are available in the Community Resource Area behind the elevators on the first floor of the Downtown Hayward Library. Attendees should bring copies of their current energy bill, proof of monthly income, and U.S. government-issued ID.
