It is a safe, welcoming "moving meditation" that combines a great workout with deep emotional release, allowing you to get out of your head and into your body’s natural rhythm. No Experience Needed: It is not about "knowing how to dance," but rather allowing your body to move freely, even if that means lying on the floor or just swaying.
