A free, hands-on program teaching homeowners, landscape professionals, and others how to design, install, and maintain rain gardens to manage stormwater and protect local waterways. Includes practical instruction and a hands-on rain garden installation on Sept. 23 (rain date Sept. 25) near the University of Illinois Arboretum parking lot.
