Freedom Festival Military Tribute Banner Program

The Freedom Festival's annual Military Tribute Banner Program returns with 51 banners around downtown Cedar Rapids to honor active duty military and veterans. Banners are hung outside from Memorial Day weekend through August before moving indoors for display until December.
