The Surf Ballroom will unveil three life-size bronze statues honoring Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J.P. ‘The Big Bopper’ Richardson as part of an all-day event featuring legendary entertainer Pat Boone, musicians connected to the three stars, a commemorative album release, a classic-car cruise and an old-fashioned sock hop.
