Art Show at The Carpenter’s Boat Shop

The Carpenter’s Boat Shop will host an art show for artist-in-residence Britt Malec. There will be refreshments and snacks at the free event. Malec’s work primarily consists of making mobiles, leading community songs, and creating paintings, though she has a regular writing and drawing practice. She recently has been exploring the Polish folk art form pajaki, which are mobiles made of paper and rye straw.
