The Wabanaki Alliance will host a free public celebration featuring traditional drumming, dancing, basketmaking, beading and discussions about tribal sovereignty. The day will begin with an opening ceremony led by Wabanaki Alliance Executive Director Maulian Bryant, followed by screenings of We Are the Warriors at 11 a.m. and Bounty at 1:30 p.m. The celebration will conclude with a round dance.
