Monthly Caregivers’ Support Group. Caregivers share experiences and gain support from others. Facilitated by Assistant Director, Nicole Saia. Open to all caregivers, regardless of diagnosis, for Concord residents aged 60+ or the caregiver of a Concord resident aged 60+. Group size limited to 12. Pre-Registration is required.
