Dos Manos Kitchen Grand Opening

Dos Manos Kitchen, a pupusa pop-up based in Somerville, is opening its first permanent restaurant at Charles River Speedway in Brighton. The grand opening will feature Edwin Orellana's signature pupusas, side dishes like street corn and crispy plantains, beverages such as iced horchata and lemonade, and minutas, a Salvadoran snow cone.
