Carpenter Nature Center celebrates its annual Birding Festival on Earth Day Weekend. Kids aged 10-18 can join a free Youth Birding Competition with prizes for the winners. Other activities include live raptor presentations, a kids birdfeeder build and guided birding field trip opportunities. Cost is $5 per person or $15 including a box lunch.
