ACE Certification Prep Course

American Council on Exercise Certification Prep Course for Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. The course runs from September 1st to November 17th on Tuesdays from 4-6 pm. It covers foundational knowledge, skills, and confidence for careers in fitness, including anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise programming. Students will gain experience in class design, instruction, and client engagement. The course includes in-person meetings and online Blackboard components. Students interested in employment with Ole Miss Campus Recreation may shadow employees and audition.
