The Prairie Pines Nature Preserve and its many grassed trails are open to the public from 9 AM - 5 PM every Saturday (except major holidays). Inclement weather and road conditions may affect hours. Hiking trails, Nature Ninja course, Welcome Center and restrooms are open. Some Saturdays have special events. When: Friday, April 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT
