Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley and Ward 5 Councilwoman Shondra Summers-Armstrong will cut the ribbon on the new Recuperative Care Center to provide more services to those who need to heal from an injury or illness and have no options for shelter. Tours will be available for media immediately following the ribbon-cutting.
