Newsies

Sierra Lutheran High School presents the high-energy musical Newsies, directed by Mark and Becky Phillips. The show tells the inspiring story of young newsboys who stood up for what was right during the historic 1899 New York City newsboys' strike. Leading the cast is Lucas Allen as Jack Kelly, Madeline Lyons as Katherine, and Delbis Mendoza as Davey. The production features a wide variety of students involved, including athletes, musicians, and performers. Community members are invited to attend and support the students.
