Aki Matsuri

Hosted by the New Mexico Japanese-American Citizens League for over 25 years, Aki Matsuri is an annual fall festival dedicated to sharing Japanese and Japanese-American culture with the community. The event takes place at Expo New Mexico, which is known as the home of the State Fair. This year's theme is Momiji, focusing on the Japanese maple and the harmony between nature and human life. Children aged five and under may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult or guardian.
