HERE'S THE BEEF!

Explore the wonderful world of beef and prepare a complete menu featuring a variety of beef cuts. We will discuss which cut is best for which type of recipe. Our menu includes: Smoked Beef Chili, Carpetbagger Steak with Beer Batter Onion Rings, Beef Bourguignon and Aussie Meat Pies. We will also sample the incredibly tender Dry Aged Sirloins. Bearnaise Sauce and Creamed Spinach round out the meat-lovers menu. Our class is sponsored by the New Mexico Beef Council. Our beef will come from Trilogy Beef and the wonderful butchers at Market Street.
