10K Pro Invitational Volleyball

Professional volleyball players from as far away California will converge in Nags Head for a two-man beach volleyball tournament all day Saturday, Oct. 17. With two sand courts in play, the beach doubles action will run until there’s only two men left standing. Just envision high-speed serves, sandy digs, high-flying sets and laser-like spikes. While Saturday belongs to the elites, Sunday morning has been set aside for free clinics for all levels, ages 8 to 17. So, whether you’re a sports fan, a player or student, be sure to mark your calendars today. Tortugas is located at 3016 South Virginia Dare Trail in Nags Head, which is on the Beach Road around Milepost 11.5.
