Soundscape Walks: Sound Around Town

Practice mindfulness and grounding through a guided soundscape walk on the Rocky Branch trail. The guide will share research findings on how noticing sounds around you can support wellness and help you engage with bird and insect calls. Participants will have the option to contribute to Sound Around Town, a participatory science project led by Caren Cooper, a professor of public science at NC State.
