Knife Skills 101 | Cozy Fall Eats

A skill-focused cooking class that teaches essential knife techniques using seasonal produce. Menu includes Butternast Squash & Apple Bruschetta, Autumn Chopped Salad, and Puff Pastry Apple Roses. Instructor is Jen. Doors open 15 minutes before class. Wine, cocktails, and other drinks available for purchase. Participants cook in groups of 2. Everything is provided. Closed-toe shoes encouraged.
