The 7th Annual Block Island Half Marathon begins and ends at the Fred Benson Town Beach Pavilion. The course heads north on a flat stretch, goes through hills and turns, passes the Great Salt Pond, beach dunes, and The North Lighthouse, and loops around the west side of the island before finishing at the pavilion.
