Community Health & Wellness Fair

A FREE Bon Secours Community Health & Wellness Fair focused on promoting healthier lives through preventive care, wellness education, and access to valuable community resources. Walk-ins are welcome! Free Health Screenings Include: Blood Pressure Height, Weight & BMI Smoking History Cholesterol (fasting recommended for optimal results) Glucose (fasting required) Hemoglobin A1c (no fasting required) And more! Blood Testing: Due to limited testing supplies, we encourage anyone interested in blood testing to arrive early. All testing will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. *There are a limited number of mammogram screenings being offered by the Bon Secours Mobile Mammography Unit.
