World’s Largest Idaho Potato display attempt

County Fair, along with the Idaho Potato Commission and Associated Warehouse Grocers, is attempting to assemble a Guinness World Record Idaho Potato display. The plan is to set the record for the World’s Largest Idaho Potato display at 105,000 pounds. The display will be built from 8 a.m. to noon outside near the front entrance of the store.
