Texas Open Fire Meat Up competition

An Israeli team of 14 participants will debut at the Texas Open Fire Meat Up competition, preparing a 200-kilogram kosher wagyu beef shawarma cooked exclusively over an open fire. More than 30 teams will compete, judged on presentation, cooking technique, and taste, with hundreds of barbecue masters and influencers expected.
