Dashain Night 2026

Join the Nepali Student Association (NSA) at the University of Vermont for Dashain Night 2026, an evening celebrating Nepali culture, traditions, and community! The celebration will feature traditional and contemporary dance performances, live music, and a short video introducing Nepal and the Dashain festival. Guests will also enjoy a Nepali dinner featuring momo, chicken curry, rajma, rice, naan, vegetarian dishes, desserts, and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Dashain is one of Nepal’s most widely celebrated festivals, bringing families and communities together. Through this event, we hope to share Nepali traditions, promote cultural understanding, and bring together UVM students, faculty, staff, and the wider Burlington community. Everyone is welcome!
