Girls in Aviation Day

The 5th annual 'Girls in Aviation' Day is a free community celebration hosted by The Mountain State Chapter of the Women in Aviation International Organization to raise awareness for aviation careers, particularly for women. Activities include a mock pre-flight aircraft check, airport codes quiz, giveaways, face painting, and security simulations. Open to all children up to age 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian.
