UW–Madison Spring 2022 Musician-in-Residence Beth Hoven Rotto will discuss her research at Mills Music Library with the Arnold Munkel Collection, transcribing songs Munkel recorded, forming a community ensemble, and teaching the Scandinavian-American old-time repertoire to new audiences. Rotto will also play examples from the collection on her fiddle.
