Harland Williams Standup Comedy Shows

Famed comedian Harland Williams performs two shows on Saturday, Oct. 3 at The Rialto in Casper. The article states he is performing two shows on this date. No specific start time is given for Williams, so T00:00:00 is used for the start time as per instructions for no time given, but since the article implies a standard evening show and Carolla's shows are at 6 and 9, and Williams is 'the day after', we infer a similar evening slot. However, strictly following 'no time given' rule: start at T00:00:00. Wait, the prompt says 'If no time is given, set event_start_date_time = constructed date at T00:00:00'. So I will use midnight.
